Lemon Cilantro Vinaigrette






  • 1 shallot minced
  • Juice of three lemons
  • 2 tbsp white cooking wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • handful of cilantro, minced
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste



  • Mix all ingredients in an easy to pour container.
  • Enjoy over a fresh salad!


I’m not a huge fan of bottled salad dressing, they always taste very processed to me no matter the brand. I LOVE this vinaigrette. It’s light and fresh, sweet and salty. Cilantro makes everything better. The possibilities for this vinaigrette are running through my mind, over salad, mashed potatoes, asparagus, green beans, grilled steak, shrimp. I’m so glad I found this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
