Lemon Parmesan Broccoli

A friend of mine once told me she had the recipe to the best tasting broccoli you could eat. With such a big promise I knew that I had to try it. I made it for both Little Miss and the Hubby and it has quickly become a staple in our household.

This is the perfect amount for the three of us, without leaving leftovers.

Cut off all the ends, leaving just the tree tops.

On a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix to coat evenly. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a 350 F oven.

I prefer my broccoli on the crispier side.

Cut a lemon in half, squeeze the desired amount of fresh lemon justice over the hot broccoli.

Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
 
I love this recipe because it gets the family to eat a green vegetable. Plus it’s simple and easy and you can add as much or as little of the lemon juice and parmesan as you want. We eat this chicken, beef and fish.  It’s so versatile and super yummy. It is the best broccoli that I have ever eaten.
