What was 2011 and what can be 2012

The year 2011 was good to me and my family. Some of the biggest events that happened were:

March: Was incredibly busy and stressful until the 19th when Chris and I finally got married after being engaged for a little over a year. I now get to spend the rest of my life with the man who makes me laugh more than anyone else can, who pushes me to do better and be better. I am one lucky girl.

April: Chris and I were able to leave Little Miss with the grand-parents for a week so we could spend and entire week under the sun in the Dominican Republic. It was my first time out of the country and I enjoyed every minute of it. What I miss most, sun/sand/beach, the non-stop service, the strawberry daiquiri, the coffee, the omelets. Maybe for our 5 year anniversary we will go back.

July: I got a new job/promotion within my company. My company is kind if like an umbrella with smaller companies that fall under it. So I moved from one to another and got a promotion. I still had to apply and interview and work hard for the position; but I got it. Because I deserved it. I am very happy with it and the people I work with. I am not one of those people who hates waking up and going to work. I enjoy having responsibilities, it makes me feel good to know that I can take care of myself and my daughter. Everything I worked so hard for in high school and college paid off.

August: My beautiful baby girl turned two.

And now we are on to 2012, here are some things I hope to accomplish this year.

Get another promotion after lots of hard work.

Sell the condo I currently live in.

Buy a bigger house and make it our home.

If we get a house, then I want a second dog.

Pottie train Little Miss.

Get better at blogging and documenting my life on here.
